How long until I receive my tree?

I aim to make and post all trees within two weeks.  If you are outwith the uk postal times will vary. 

Postage info:

For uk orders, price includes 2nd class P&P.

For US customers, your orders will be sent via Royal Mail tracked at a charge of £12.

Elsewhere, I can post worldwide using Royal Mail tracked and signed.  Again this is a charge of £12.

Print sizes:

Most prints have the option of A4 or A5.  On request I may be able to quote for A3 size. UK postage is not included for A3 prints and postage to US/worldwide will be more expensive than for the standard sized prints.

Can I request a certain layout of names?

Yes! For large family trees please see the numbered guide to help you or if you'd prefer, order your tree and leave a message in the 'contact us' page detailing family names (in family groupings) and the message for under your tree and dates.
